He had legitimately decent options available today to help see out the game with Garner and O Brien

To make the subs he did in the circumstances shows how utterly out of his depth he is at top flight level.

As others have said this is as bad as Martinez v West Ham levels of incompetency. And unlike Roberto, Dyche doesnt have an excuse that we were down to 10.

I won't support a manager who I believe is not at the level needed to manage Everton.

Even if Dyche chose to make no changes today we would have had a good chance of winning that game.
Amateur levels of game management.
So bad that if it was revealed he had bet on Bournemouth winning I would understand his end game plan better.

Think I'm done. That substitution and the subsequent lack of any sort of acknowledgement of a mistake from him has made me v quickly realise he doesn't get it.

Give him better players and I'm not sure it's ever going to get better.

He's a defenses/negative manager and yet we have conceded 10 goals in 3 games. He is also a reactive manager instead of proactive.,

Which I think is 20% of what we conceded in all of last season!! In 3 games!

I backed Howe to get sacked the other day at 12/1 when heard some info. Remember dyche was a bigger price than howe. Needs to be shorter than 2s to think he’s actually going though.

Well if his running around and effort is so valuable shouldnt it have been able to help us see out the game?

Perhaps if he hadn’t also taken Ndiaye off .
There was no need to take DCL off either.
He made the wrong decisions entirely.
