I’d like to see a good manager and then decide if the players are “awful”.

But I know the managers have been utter gash and Sean Dyche, which I’ve said for the best part of 8 years, is one of the worst tactical managers in the premier league

Go through the team and very few have performed to any decent level under any manager.

What have we spent in comparison ?

We've lost Digne, Richarlison, Gordon, Onana & not had the finances to replace them.

You're drinking deludemol expecting us to be able to turn up at Villa Park and play them off the park just because we're Everton.

It'll take fan protests to get rid of him as the club is clearly prepared to be in the Championship next season - they'll need to have their hand forced as with previous managers.

People never mention the good run we had;



But my point and one I've been making for ages is in my view, the team we have now - a team that hasn't had a penny spent on moving it on 3 years now, is bottom 5 of the league quality.

It was in 2022, and we had a better team then.

Inevitable that the manager is facing calls to be replaced, and I dont blame people for being extremely unhappy.

Two things to bear in mind though:

1/ Branthwaite's absence has cost us about 4/5 points IMO.

2/ Dyche has months left on his contract. The Everton board won't want another pay out on their hands.

The flip of that is ‘Keane’s presence has cost us…’

We’re not going to sack him if the rumoured clause is correct. And frankly I don’t want us to pay him out, I just want us to survive and bin him off.

We have enough to stay up comfortably

We've bought Branthwaite's replacement and the manager won't play him, preferring a guy who costs us at least one goal a game

My argument is we're in a bad way with or without Dyche.

Dyche is an easy finger point.

Just **** right off. Making us a laughing stock now. Ive stopped watching his interviews coz he sounds like hes not bothered. 13 goals now in 4 games conceded. Before tonight there was obviously something wrong. You cant let teams have all day on the ball to put crosses into our box when you have keane at centreback and a keeper who wont come for any cross. The amount of goals we concede inside our 6 yard box is unreal. Oh and I dont give a **** about how hard the lad hits it Ingerlunds number one shouldnt be getting beat from that distance. The defence again was wide open against a team who play at walking pace. Dont talk about his subs. I just dont think he gives a ****. He will continue to pick keane and young every chance he gets this fella.Thats all i can put it down to now. Get rid.
