It's like he doesn't see/know what our biggest weaknesses are and what our players strengths are at all, yet everyone can see them. What also is quite telling is when he inevitably refuses to makes subs because he's tactically inept or scared to be proactive and we then find ourselves losing late on, he brings Beto on with DCL which has never looked good yet clearly at the weekend still thinks its a viable tactic, fat Sam would have more in his locker

I think Dyche’s biggest issue is he is under no pressure to get things right. If he knows he will never get fired, why change things up and try to look for solutions when you can prove ‘your vision’ is the right one. It’s an ego thing. Every manager and player needs a bit of competition or accountability for their performances or things will likely turn out this way.
