2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

I don’t think this is the case tbh. Any investor looking at Everton now will be less likely to buy the closer to relegation we get. If Textor is seriously looking and he seems pretty influential I’d be very shocked if he isn’t looking at a new manager now and putting pressure on.

Moshiri will also know how much value will be knocked off the club if relegated.

The 8m payoff will be nothing compared to relegation.

Lose at Leicester and he goes.
I hope you are right mate, but I’ve got no faith in the people at the top of the club to do anything but the wrong thing.

Whereas sadly a draw will probably buy him another devastating run of fixtures.

Sadly I don't think he goes any time soon regardless.

But he deserves to.

Someone like Iriola who the manager we want out got the same point as last season with less money, but someone not a top 30 manager in the with a multi year contract full compensation. Must enjoy the possibility of termination in 12 months. And an up and comer you know! Oh and a European! Who enjoys a challenge with no resources!

Form an orderly cue!

Over to you Farhad!
Did you lose a few braincells overnight, or what happened here?

Agree completely. It's because of finances (and results of course) that Dyche would be sacked.

Try again, in English this time

You really believe that?

I think you really overrate us if so.

I'd dearly love to think jibbing another manager solves our problems. Just not convinced.

Maybe it is just 3 managers been atrocious, holding our players back since 2021.
It’s exactly this mate look at the CVs of the 3 of them they don’t win games of football very often hence why we’re here . Lampardat Derby and Everton
Benitez at Newcastle Celta Vigo Everton
Such Burnley Everton

It’s exactly the managers we employ

Iraola is on 1/5th of Dyche, as are half the Prem's managers.

I honestly believe you're being a lot more naive if you believe no one in European (to narrow it from world) football wants to try with a "sleeping giant" team and for a bunch of money.
Wee Neil is all in on Dyche. He'll construct any narrative to maintain that. I popped him on ignore a good while ago but occasionally have a look to see if anything has changed after all the defeats and abject performances. Newsflash, it hasn't.

Moshiri is the only one who can fire him and why would he introdue that chaos and additional work? Moshiri sees his involvement with us ending way before any relegation could happen, so its not his problem long term. In fact sacking the manager makes us look even more(if possible) like a club in crisis and might impact the selling price.
Sadly Douche is here until the club has new owners.

Have you borrowed @Joey66 Russian iPad ?

Dyche’s time here is up. He knows it and we all know it. Sadly, the maniac owner has long checked out and there is no one left to make the ultimate decision to bullet him. We are stuck with him for the foreseeable and we just need to pray that there are 3 worse teams than us at the end of the season. It’s basically what we’ve been reduced to under this manager and ownership.

I’ve decided to treat the rest of Dyche’s tenure like I would a difficult medical procedure or a prison beating - aware that it is happening, pretty powerless to do anything about it and just zoning out and hoping for the best. I can’t even get upset by it all anymore. It’s a waste of energy hoping he’ll change or getting angry with his selections or tactics.
