Carrying on the discussion from his thread, i think it would be worthwhile discussing in it's own thread.

Hopefully the majority of signings will be young with potential led by the recruitment team recently set up.

But, we will also have to meet the requests of our manager and his requirements. I think we will return to the Moyes era and look at players in the Championship with potential.

He will no doubt go for players like Keane, judging by what he's selecting at the moment. Depends also on how much he is given to utilise on the squad. Judging by reports, not very much!!
