I'm not going to give a name but it's 100% true the lad who told me has contacts in the club, he himself doesn't support Everton so no reason to lie.

Anyways as previous posters have mentioned this club could do with a clear out regardless of our status next season. Managers don't have to be liked
That doesn't make any sense to me.

The only thing we know for sure is that players are bursting a gut for the manager.
An equaliser in the 99th minute would indicate the players are giving their all until the last second.

I don't care if they like the manager or not, in fact I think we need a manager that the players fear as well as respect.

Lampard 20 games played -3 wins - 6 draws - 11 defeats - 15 points
Gravy 17 games played - 4 wins - 6 draws - 7 defeats - 18 points

Can somebody explain why Lampard is the worst manager ever, correctly, and Dyche is seen as a miracle worker who should be given more time?

An utter farce if this complete joker is retained beyond Monday.
Because he went to the all conquering Crystal Palace and got, in our recent history, one of our greatest results.

Against all odds, Dyche and his brave soldiers fought off the barrage of the free flowing, Roy Hodgson masterclass of total football, and came away with a nil nil result

What a day

Maybe eventually, but he was there 10 years. They were rock solid, morale-wise, for most of that.

His "Name the snakes" thing he does when he joins a club shows to me that he values team spirit as much as anything.

Looking forward to seeing which snakes are cast out in the summer tbh
Where’s that from? Haven’t seen anything like that attributed to him.
Sounds good to me btw.

He had harder fixtures, and has improved results a fair bit.

Like this.

That certainly is two men discussing 4-5-1 with centre backs at full back.

To be fair, anyone, from Alf Ramsey to Guardiola, presented with this squad of 50% donkeys, and the remainder either hugely injury prone, or grossly mismatched, or both, would struggle to beat the Nag's Head 3rd team. Dyche kept Burnley in the Premier League when they had no right to be there, and got nobodies to be respectable players, while playing others (eg Keane) in such a way as to get effective performances from them, and lure mug clubs into forking out excessive transfer fees to acquire them.

If Dyche keeps us in this league, then he should be given a good go. If we stay up, doubtless when we're 8th from bottom at Christmas, all sorts of folk will complain about our failure to challenge for Europe, and play football to make you drool, after our £15 million net spend in the window. Sometimes you deserve what you get, yanno.

I'm assuming he used similar tactics when he joined us.

And it certainly sounds like it here

@ForeverBlue92 as forum sage may I solicit your view regarding keeping or booting Dyche? It's a strong topic this fine morning.

I wouldn't take any notice of the Dyche haters when 90% of them worshipped that Tory divvy Lampard.

Saying that he'll need to show better in game management next season especially if he gets to strengthen the squad / have better options on the bench.

Lets hope he doesnt get the chance or we will be having the same conversations next season as we've had this season.

Nothing in his managerial career says to me, yeah he will be good here! like nothing.
