A Success (like Lampard was last season) based on keeping us up.

Some utterly bizarre team selections and lack of tactical nous or ability to make proactive subs

The club should see whose available.

Mate , he has improved the away form, and his team selections have been badly hampered by a huge lack of players that can actually do anything. The fact he has us battling until the last minute and obviously has the players “ buy in” is a skill that not many of the previous managers have had.

He may not be the answer but sacking him, paying him off and getting another in…. Without giving him a chance is not the right answer imo

He’s earned the right to try with players he’s actually bought

Achieved what Lampard (Arguably the worst manager in PL history) did last season.

Well done Dyche and thanks.

Maybe we should get a statue of him and Lampard!
Lampard should have been comfortably away from relegation last season and should not have left us hanging where we were this season. Dyche has made mistakes, or more precisely a repeated mistake playing and putting faith in Keane, but he is comfortably a much better manager than Lampard.

He's more than earned the right to be the steady hand taking us into BMD with minimal drama.

At least Dyche finally put Keane on the bench and this changes really makes right.
Dyche has learnt but about Lampard? Did he?
