Must admit his interviews are all the same. He always mentions mentality and the Noise. It has made me a bit numb to his interviews.
This is true and it took him too long to recognise that his flaws outweighed his strengths. This makes me think that Dyche is slow on the uptake

After coming in to a team that had 3 wins all season, a threadbare squad full of absolute dross, no striker, and a Board at war with a disillusioned fanbase, he's done a brilliant job and deserves all the praise. Nice one, Sean! I hope with some decent signings, we can move up the table next year, avoid any relegation threat and consolidate.
