I like the guy.

I mean I liked Frank Lampard but simply being a nice guy isn’t good enough.

Dyche, for me, brings pragmatism.

I really like him and trust him, even with the repeated cliches and overuse of the word noise for everything he’d rather not talk about.

But my god I pity him at this precise moment. Millionaire or not. He seems to be built on pride, dedication and professionalism. Look at the state of the club he is at the helm of.

Emery is doing the same at villa, he said in a roundabout way he does it because he doesnt want to put youth on the bench who have no chance of playing.

He said it's because it gives them false hope, or makes them think there further ahead in Thier development than they are.

Basically our youth players are trash if they can't get on the bench ahead of lonegran
