Doesn't matter what system what subs they're not good enough..huff and puff every game. Think he's the best chance for us to bounce back sad times

Any Evertonian knows Godfrey is dreadful at right back. When he filled in there as a new England international and on form...he was poor.

Its yet another simple but critical case of Dyche throwing a game. Come for the pay off.

How can someone getting results then just chuck 4 matches in a row?

Here for a pay off.

SACK NOW

You could have stopped after the first sentence, Godfrey is just a dreadful, right back, left back, centre back, another horrifically bad buy.

Tbf he’s shown he can get a team out of the Championship and established in the PL
You're correct, but everything bad said about him is he's limited in his ability. I've seen nothing yet to change that. Look at his substitutions (not too many options I know) they're probably the worst we've seen in many year and that is saying something.

Godfrey at fullback any side (utterly embarrassed today), Iwobi who must have had the highest pass percentage to Newcastle players. How did they survive HT never mind 90 minutes. In the most obvious move Keane comes back despite being one our worst players over the last few years. Plan A seems to be hold on and snatch a set piece, plan b is see plan a. He seems very one dimensional to say the least.

Sorry it's turning into a rant. We are looking to be more than an established Premier league team, we have been that until this season. Not Dyches fault. To date though I've not seen anything yet that indicates he will take us forward at all.

Amazingly Patterson in his absence seems to have turned into the second coming of Thuram
Not really, how bizarre.

I didn’t mind him giving Godfrey a chance, I wouldn’t have but it’s his choice. When he gets taken off at half time against United, plays poorly at right back the next week, then Holgate gets rinsed and sent off and he puts Godfrey back in…that’s terrible decision making, picking out of form players repeatedly and out of position. Nothing to do with Paterson being Thuram.
