2022/23 Sean Dyche

Sacking another manager would just be a continuation of the mess that has been Everton FC over the last five years.

We all know Dyche came into a near impossible situation ,probably half a dozen games too late to give him a realistic shot at picking up some points.

We have too many poor players, little attacking threat and zero creativity in the squad and none of that is his fault.

I also think that when/if we are relegated he is in as good a position as any to get us back up, unless Pep decides he wants a different challenge.

Nope. He is a terrible manager. Not the man you want trying to bring the club back up.

Except the choice of CB, I don't want to blame with Dyche.
This squad is very unbalanced and time limited. However, we still have choices on CB.
We have seen Tark. and MK starts for 2 months. Their performance drops by every match.
I don't understand why he doesn't choose others like Mina and Coady or change to 3 CB at the back.
Yesterday match, it was a typical Michael Keane who was terrible decision making and poor mentality.

That is so true apart from a couple of players it is a squad of has beens.

Without deserving it we are still in the race for survival.
Unfortunately we are probably playing the worst of all the teams at the bottom just now.

I would like to see the manager change things up in the team.
I am fed up of seeing Iwobi run around like a lunatic but not actually do anything worthwhile and Gana something similar.

The lack of creativity in the team is frightening, weirdly the addition of one creative player to that team could make us half decent
i see the same with iwobi he gets the ball does this little mad shuffle then gives it away proper tries to kid every one

Ffs. Making excuses for his favourites. I don’t know what to do with him in the summer. Ok Lampard 20 games 15 points Dyche 13 games 13 points but to persist with some of his selections, I don’t have sympathy on him. Calling a cone excellent wtf.

Dyche said: “I’ve got to be honest here, before the second goal, it wasn’t really much to do with him - I thought Michael Keane was excellent tonight. I thought Tarki (James Tarkowski) stuck at it as he does. The back four unit lost its way, it’s not just about individuals.

“I think Yerry Mina is a very good player. He hasn’t played a lot, which is part of my thinking. You’ve got to be fit and active but he’s a very good player and we’ve got good players here but it’s trying to find the right combinations.

“I’m aware he has had [injury] problems he’s had here before I was here and he hasn’t played a lot of football this season.”
