There are only some traits from a manager that you learn by having them. Martinez and Dyche looked like great managers for Wigan and Burnley, you get them here though and you see straight away the flaws.

First and foremost both are absolutely allergic to substitutions, which coming from their clubs you understand, they probably only trust 11-13 players, in todays game though and at Everton it’s criminal.

Every subsequent game even if we stay up I’d be more inclined to get rid of Dyche, certainly if we go down.
