Biesla probably found out what the transfer budget was and changed his mind. That's depressing enough.
At least Dyche won't be having our centre backs passing amongst themselves for 5 minutes a pop.
If anything his pressers will be a giggle.

In fairness to @Socrates1882, my hope is now he’s got a bit of a budget (or hopefully), he’ll be able to build a dogged team who can play football.

Someone said, would you have expected it from Eddie Howe? I think it’s only fair to give Dyche the benefit of the doubt, and fully back him and hope he can not only save us, but take us back up the table in the coming seasons.

I like Dyche and think he can do well, it's absolutely hilarious though that we chased a manager that was never gonna take the job when he was just waiting in the wings, have wasted a good 2 months with the previous manager when it was clear it wasn't working out. We're such a painfully slow club with everything, even our death is slow ffs.
Agree, this should have been done during WC. Or perhaps prior to Lampard ever being appointed which was the actual madness! Still makes me laugh him trying to make out he saved us last season, he basically put us in the mess....i would have had more faith in Benitez turing it around than Lampard. Worst manager in our history inwould say.
Looks like we now have a proper manager coming in who can kick these players up the arse and get us moving upwards! Looking forward to at least fighting against Arsenal next week!!

Be arsed with him.

We'll give him a 3 year contract, we'll get relegated and he'll build the squad in his image and I'll be trapped watching 8 foot tall cloggers toey the ball up and down the pitch for another 5 years under different managers with different styles of play when the only man in the world who is both ginger and bald at the same time gets inevitably binned.
Hopefully it's until the end of the season with an extension triggered if he keeps us up (he'd deserve it).

People writing him off before he's started. That's the most depressing thing about it.
This is it exactly, it’s another fan splitting appointment so why bother. The task is already hard enough, at least get someone in who most will get behind. I will as always back the team but it feels like another Sam/FSW appointment

Some of the comments on here are pathetic.

Give him a chance, FYI he didn't relegate Burnley, but did keep them up on a shoestring for years and once qualified for Europe - which seems to have been totally forgotten on here. Imagine trying to convince footballers to join Burnley, that's some achievement.
Come on..

Any appointment in this situation would be a 'fan splitting appointment' Not as if we'd be getting Carlo back.

Exactly. Rinse and repeat.
