Pssst, Carlo lost to Southampton, Leeds, Burnley and Sheff United. He also drew with Burnley and Leicester. It's not a new thing for Everton to lose these games. We literally say "Everton that" about everything.

Now expectation is fine, I agree with you 100%, but the reality is, in most of our life times, we haven't been a stable club who simply turns up, does the job and goes home. I'm still checking the score now, to make sure I didn't get it wrong.

Oh I don’t think a win is ever guaranteed. But we should be expecting a win. If we don’t expect our players to actually win games, what’s the point?
