I just don’t understand what he’s trying to do

Had success at Burnley by taking a limited group of players and going long with 4-4-2 and getting the players to work hard

Here he’s playing 4-3-3 and trying to get them playing out the back, even though they’re not equipped for it. And to top it off, we hardly ever press

It makes no sense

Don't worry mate, he doesn't know what he's trying to do either.
