2024/25 Sean Dyche

But seems people can't even point out facts anymore without being labelled "dychette's."
This is probably because you've only pointed out facts that support Dyche mate.

Also Fat Sam was a football terrorist, Dyche is ever so slightly better, but still a football terrorist, and will rightfully be "the new Fat Sam" from here onwards, both are terrible judges of players despite patting themselves on the back as some kind of management savants in certain aspects, at least Fat Sam was funny.

Who had better players? Probably Sam, just a bit better (or just worse in different aspects and still not a good coherent team anyway), and he played the worst attacking football before Dyche joined - we just parked the bus and tried the counter with Sam (and failed often), whereas now we just pump it long incessantly and isolate the striker. It's like different shades of s**t - it's still the same regardless. I know he had younger variations of the same team we have now but that's still no excuse.d

I don't think anything I've posted this morning has been supportive of Dyche per se. I even said in one of my posts that I could see a case being made for Allardyce being the better manager.

Not my fault, people like to post a lot of hysteria or nonsense.

I've made my feelings clear on Dyche. I think we should stick, for now, and if people are gonna insist on making invalid or unfair criticism, then I will speak my mind.

You do realise it was a completely different team?

Baines, Rooney, Schneiderlin, Jagielka, Walcott and Gylfi all walk in to this team.

Then you've got 2017/18 Gueye and Coleman

Vlasic, a young DCL, and arguably Niasse get on today's bench. As too does Mccarthy, Klassen, Martina,
Martina?!!! He is the worst player I've ever seen playing in the Royal Blue and I had a season ticket in the nineties!

Another of those top quality players that Allardyce had at his disposal. No wonder his record is better than Dyche's

Two really poor Managers and the current one has the worst record out of the two.
Allardyce is the better manager, when i've heard ex-players talk about him they always say he was sound

Allardyce is a strange one, wasn't he seen as ahead of the curve in his Bolton days, using sports science to get the best out of his squads as well as signing older, but really talented players and getting a tune out of them?

Didn't Djorkaeff and Okocha both play for Bolton under him?

I think he gets in this squad easy. A full back who can't really attack, but can cover both left and right gets in this squad if they can defend to a decent enough standard.
No chance, he was terrible, really awful. I think your general point is valid but Martina is a terrible example, he wasn't a professional player in my opinion, he wouldn't have looked out of place at Marine.

Martina.... really? next you'll be saying he'll be starting along side Antolín Alcaraz. painful memories

On 26 April 2014, Alcaraz scored an own goal in the first minute of a 0–2 loss to Southampton. On 1 January of the following year, he received his first sending off as an Everton player, being shown two yellow cards in a 0–2 away defeat against Hull City which was the team's fourth successive of the festive period.

Okocha at Everton would have been great - as it was, he went for Theo Walcott.
