But I think it's because of this;
Benitez was telling Digne to stay back. Couldn't get on board with that.
But Mykolenko's game come on loads last season and that's because, in my opinion - Dyche simplified his game.
That following season, he was fine, considering we had 2 managers and the club was all over the place.
Was statistically very good defensively last season. I’d assume branthwaite plays a part in that because our whole back line looks much more confident and settled with him in.
In terms of his offensive play. Gray was very selfish and Mykonused to overlap a fair bit but gray never used him. Whereas now, Dyche quite clearly instructs the full backs to stay back.
I think he could offer more but I think it will take a more progressive manager who isn’t looking to scrape draws.
