Who has had the easiest fixtures of any manager in the league at the start of the new campaign. Who has "coached" his team to one goal in four games against mediocre opposition. And, apparently, has no power to improve any of those things whilst earning £5m a year plus a £3m relegation bonus. If that's the case, who cares if he's sacked?
