Theres nowhere either way to go. You go to a place to stink it out but also desperate for anything to stay up so someone else can have a go while still in the top flight.
Just watched his post match interview. Interesting that he's not blamed what went on before he got here today lol.
He's in his element. A 0-0 at a club not expected to get a result. I mean we havent had a single shot on goal but we'll swerve that because we're celebrating the point.
We were proper Burnley today and given we're hovering above the drop zone you'll take no shots and 23% of the ball. we know the problem. He cant beat or break teams down the majority of the time because if its not about digging in he's limited.

No one is saying it's ideal. But we're a club that have a lot of debt and keeping our PL status is a must if we're to avoid going under.

We need pragmatism.

Getting 9 outfield players to sit deep and never attack isn't exactly a difficult task. Genuinely reckon we could replace him with Woan or Stone with same instruction and not notice any different.
