He made 1 pointless change.

Surely could have stuck O'Brien on and gone 5 at the back. Switched Harrison or McNeil for Jesper (fresh legs), Beto on earlier for fresh legs up top. Dixon on for tired Coleman

I have no words. He has to go.

It's again, things like this destroy 80min of a good game, that made joy and lust for more.
