2024/25 Sean Dyche

Get gone, you ginger scruff
Just a thought but if Dyche starts to get some points before the takeover is complete and relegation seems unlikely could Friedkin keep him until the end of the season avoiding a payoff? His arrogance probably means that he doesn't see himself as a dead man walking so in his mind he could be expecting a new contract which TFG shouldn't and I don't think would consider.

I sincerely hope not mate. He did well to steer us well clear last season with the deductions, but I’ve said a few times now that I think our good run was down to the players reacting to the injustice of the points deductions than to good management (evidenced by the record breaking winless streak). His brand of footy is an absolute horror show and no longer appears to be effective as it once was to an extent; we’re underusing or misusing new players that have been brought in to play their part in righting the ship, and in so doing causing more consternation among the fans that we didn’t spend on one of the many other positions that still need addressing.

Needs to be a proper new broom approach to get someone in and bedded down before Jan, where we’ll hopefully then be able to take a more educated approach to what is needed to ensure safety in that window.

Actually a bit giddy here! Might block @davek

Agree with what you are saying.I was thinking of the rumour that we would have to pay more compensation than just paying off the remainder of his contract.

Listening to the FREE(all pods should be) view from the bullins and they where saying Garner was dead ridden all week but got himself up to play, wth didn’t Dyche sun him after 60 minutes for the young lad. The managers a complete tool

Dave is currently dusting down his Greek widows garb.

It hasn’t seen daylight since the departure of Benitez, so may need a trip to the dry cleaners.

He’s booked the phone box at the top of his road for the wake.

I hope he stays until the end of the season as it will mean we’ve been safe from relegation and no knee jerk appointments needed. Then we get a new man in early who will still need to be cautious in the transfer market but who will steer us in the right direction for a few years.
