2024/25 Sean Dyche

If by Dychette you mean an Evertonian that wants to back the Everton manager, then I'm a Dychete.

What a knob I am eh...
Very much so ;)

I am curious to establish who comprises membership of this much maligned cadre of pro-Dyche posters.

Given @St Domingo's post i would assume he meets this criteria. You are out and proud, no doubt wearing pompoms and lycra.

Who else is in this elite club?

I'd personally be interested to know how many regular contributors to the site are rarely to be seen in this thread.

The Widnesian Maharishi is at the forefront of the Branch Dychedavidians.

Why aren't you using the GrandOldTeam app, mate?

I need to use admin panel an the app doesn't support it very well with no multi browsing.

The iOS/Google Play Grandoldteam app is very dated/not supported and never recommended for forum use. The PWA app (installed via browser) is great though.

Can I throw my opinion which nobody asked for in?

I don’t think he’s done enough to warrant keeping him on after his contract is up, and if he is still here beyond that, that tells us all we need to know about the new owners ambition (or lack of).

However, I think he’s currently doing just enough to not bother paying compo to sack him. I can appreciate the mess the club was in and continues to be in since he got here.

I’m also not going to sit here and pretend the footy is anything other than piss in the eyes stuff and not something I think we should be looking to pursue going forward.

Against the top teams a couple of times a season, fair enough. But if it makes me a snob or entitled to think we should be happy to set up like that against bumgas teams, then soz abar me.

If only I could use one of those AI image generators to produce a 1960s style girl group...

Are you a Dychette or a Dyche plotter?

Yes
No
Koff Davey.

Please Sir? Can I?

Some people are content with beans on toast for tea, knowing they pissed the money away on other things and need to cut their cloth knowing payday is coming up.

Others lash the beans on toast and reach for another payday loan to get a takeaway.

Seagulls.

Trailer.

Or something.

Is there such a thing as a seagull?

Isn't it just a gull?

Or is it a gull that's hanging around the sea?

I stumbled accross this this morning (don't ask) and one thing really sticks out......he is still playing like he did a lot a bUrnley but with DCL pretty much alone. His tactics apply to a 442 but he isnt really shaping the team that way, there is only one man upfront - am I missing something?
He talks about quick play from the keeper or tarks releasing the ball to the two upfront or one of the full backs after an opposition attack, (10 minutes in in the video) but... we only have one up front and no full back in place at that time. Has he gone mad?? DCL or Mcneil are rarely up with DCL in time and we just lose possession -

I know there are much better football analysts on here than me.

Was that the formation he used to get them relegated twice?

Is that a no, Eric?
