Just appoint Sean Dyche and end this madness!

Up to now, it seems Moshiri would rather have Silva. Maybe Dyche is considered not stylish enough for Everton.

If I had the self-confidence of someone like Dyche, I'd be a bit miffed at being 5th or 6th choice for a job. Dyche knows Moshiri prefers Silva who might then replace him in the summer.

Agreed. Personally I think he's the best fit and if Kenwright was leading this he would have been approached a month ago. But looks like it will be a foreign name.

Could have had him at the beginning of the international break and with two weeks to get to know the team. Whether he would join us now after being so publicly ignored who knows but we need something fast now. Which "big name" manager do we think we're going to get? We aren't that rich, we don't have City / Chelsea backing, the stadium is still a few years away. At this point short term stability I.e two years or so with Dyche is better than holding out for a mythical manager and ending up getting relegated.

Make this happen Everton. Offer him a handsome wage and money in January and Summer. Show him we're serious about sorting things out behind the scenes. Demote Walsh to head scout and make him subservient to Dyche, if he won't accept that then bin him.

The longer we wait the closer we are to relegation.
