What a suprise....the tenure check link has failed at the first attempt, and already we're quoting "third party partners" as the cause of the problem. Anyone succesfully managed to open the link and check?

Yeah I managed to check earlier.

Assume it's just crashed that's a lot of simultaneous connections to a database.

Finally done it but it took ages.
You’re probably already doing this mate but just click it once and wait, takes about 10 minutes.

mines correct so i checked the box saying its correct

there's no submit or confirm info button it just has a message saying "Thank you for confirming your Season Ticket record is correct. We will contact you before the end of 2024 to confirm the first date in 2025 you will become eligible to purchase a seat at Everton Stadium."

then you exit and check your tenure again the boxes are unticked

is this normal?

Indeed, it’s a fine line between paying for adequate bandwidth and uptime to support times of high demand and siphoning off funds for Toffolossus biccys.

Sorted now mine says 23 sons 17 so 17 for us
