They'll need to put a decent team on the pitch for that or else there'll be swathes of empty seats for some games once the novelty factor wears off.Brace yourself because that may indeed be the magic number.

Well I disagree. You just have to do the math. Even another 12k seats, gets another 12k’s worth of season tickets. There’s a 30k waiting list for tickets. That amount of tickets a year generates about another 10m a season, ten years it’s 100m. However the club should be around for a very long time. Over 50 years that’s half a billion quid. It’s bad business sense to have 30k on a waiting list. And I doubt it would of cost half of the stadium cost to put that amount of seats in.Business? No not at all, they’ve got 30k people paying them to stay on that list, it’s great business. Bearing in mind we nearly went bust building this stadium and an extra 30k would have cost twice as much.

To add to that, it's way more than restricted views that make Goodison horribleThe modern prices are a disgrace but at least a bit easier to take for fans when there aren't the obstructed views there are at Goodison.
I never said anything about a 100k stadium. Our stadium should have been 60 minimum, 65k for sure. It’s not good business to have people wanting to spend their money when they can’t, you’d be awful in the apprentice you.You spoke of business earlier.
You seem to be mixing up business and what's best for the fanbase.
Best for the fanbase :
100k Stadium, tickets average price 40 quid, no waiting list, people can buy tickets a day before the game.
Best for business :
52k Stadium, ticket average price 60 quid, massive waiting list, people need to buy a yearly membership just to have a chance every week of a ticket.
Its fine, you dont wanna listen.I never said anything about a 100k stadium. Our stadium should have been 60 minimum, 65k for sure. It’s not good business to have people wanting to spend their money when they can’t, you’d be awful in the apprentice you.
No, because if you offered all them 30k a ST now probably about half would take one, and within 5 years the numbers will drop naturally when the novelty wears off. Having a large waiting list with fewer available tickets will guarantee it’s filled every year and even when the inevitable drop of numbers happens. So nobody thinks having a brand new stadium with 30k on a waiting list is bad business?
£60 tomorrow - category A game so expect similar to be £70 at the new groundits £55 now at Goodison be suprised if its not atleast £65 to £70 or plus for the seats in the new Main stand area, theyve gotta recoup as much as they can and will try, we are close to city centre from next season which means more day trippers/tourists/students sorry to say
Not to nonsense no. I appreciate your opinion though. Its fine, you dont wanna listen.
Its basic maths. Not to nonsense no. I appreciate your opinion though.
I'll put a £1 bet on it being £75.£60 tomorrow - category A game so expect similar to be £70 at the new ground
