Yes, still waiting for a reply. I've got a mail from 2022 where they said they had had problems auto-renewing and they would get back in touch, but they never did. And I'm pretty sure the reason was that I got on the phone with them and sorted the card out, as I still had full access to all the members' stuff for that whole season. But the only 'proof' I've got is posts on GOT with me talking about Kyle John while a youth match is being played!
Added: I think 2022 was when they switched the ticketing provider as well, so something might have got lost in the records.

I think the most recent waiting list update from the club was November 2024. However I can’t recall whether that included the date when people joined the list.

Thanks that's good to know. I have 2 photos of the membership pack is the only evidence I have dated Aug & Oct 2018 but no emails as it was an old work address at the time (and home address) so wondering what they'll say. Obviously I haven't heard anything!!
Had an update. Makes little sense, but i guess i will see what comes out of the wash....
They say that while it appears that i have been freshly added to the waitlist, the 'system' still sees my original DOJ waitlist. So i am correctly banded with my original DOJ the waitlist....
Will wait to see what other responses folk get. Doesnt quite sit right to me....
She told me I'm now 2500-3000 on the waitlist so better than I thought and a massive improvement from last years postion that was around the 9-10k mark. Only a few more years to wait! LOL.

Well that is positive... so your band in May 2024 was around 9,000-10,000?
Actually I checked again and on the May 24 I was 10001-12000....
But I remember checking the system again when I renewed my membership end of 24, and it jumped up quite a bit. If my memory serves me correctly it was around 9k.
But a jump up by around 6k is pretty sweet, I didn't think we had added 6k ST at BMD!!!
At least we raised the flag for them! LOL

I suggest that everybody who is on the list should check for accuracy once the 'update' is complete.
I just got a reply from customer services that they were transferring the data in preparation for the stadium move and they were unable to look into any adjustments for my missing season until next season.
