From all accounts, it was a bit of a mixed bag with the Android - worked for some, didn't for others. The issue seems to be the expiring passes.Mine and friends didn't work we were both Android.

Yeah I was straight in, which meant I had to sit there for ages waiting for KO, next time I'll be back to 5 mins before the startAfter all the effing about getting the thing onto my android phone, worked without a hitch.
After an almost 3hr trek along M62 (who would have thought people out on a Saturday trying to get to N Wales and Lakes!) I wasn't taking any chances and went in at 1330. I'd already had a couple of beers in The Brick so settled down with a pie and a coffee.Yeah I was straight in, which meant I had to sit there for ages waiting for KO, next time I'll be back to 5 mins before the start
Nevertheless, knowingly peddling mistruths to fans and not openly communicating isnegligentstandard practice.
You had a better chance of resolving the crisis in the Middle East and making peace between Israel and Palestine than you did of getting a pint in the LG.We flew in early doors, no probs with the plassy cards. Seemed no issues for most with the Digi tickets, and absolutley zero covid pass checks on us or any near us.
Usual first day shenanigans inside the ground.
Top balc top escalator knackered.
New starters learning how to use the tills so took eons to get served.
Almost riots at half time due to the bars running out of all food - few idiots kicking off and abusing the staff, who soon got short shrift from most of us in the queues.
Thank Christ they never ran out of ale, and we scored the equaliser handy.
Twas ever thus with Everton.
Unreal. You had a better chance of resolving the crisis in the Middle East and making peace between Israel and Palestine than you did of getting a pint in the LG.
We went down before half-time to get beers and by the time we got to the front of the queue they'd stopped serving; that was after we'd kicked off again.
Had the same experience mate, why they don’t spend the 30 mins after kick off just pouring as many pints as they can is beyond me. Club is a joke when it comes to stuff like this. You had a better chance of resolving the crisis in the Middle East and making peace between Israel and Palestine than you did of getting a pint in the LG.

It shouldn't be so difficult should it, but the club is just so bad at organising itself.
They know how many fans should be attending?
They also knew that most would be getting into the ground early due to the covid checks etc, and the demand would be much higher for food and drink inside - get it sorted, supply and demand, business basics etc.
They will blame the ground but it is a load of rot - just poor planning/ management.
While frustrating, I ultimately only missed out on a pint, so it wasn't the end of the world. But what about people getting food for children? A nightmare.Had the same experience mate, why they don’t spend the 30 mins after kick off just pouring as many pints as they can is beyond me. Club is a joke when it comes to stuff like this.
