Yes, it's usually something like Christians 3-2 Lions with the only question being the identity of the teams.

Normally, it's an open game with players looking to make/cement a name for themselves.

It's normally 2 teams of reserves who don't want to be there. I have no idea why anybody would watch the 3rd place playoff.
