We shouldn't be flinching. This is now;
Not gone over 15% resource today.
Server folk upgraded something on 25th Jan.
Since then, we've been getting these errors.
We've had 10x the traffic we've been getting since these errors with no problems.
I've asked them again to look at it. Pretty pissed off with it.

Hmmm, had errors when trying to post and refreshing, both errors came back quickly too, which would go along with everything being ok, like you show...wanna' say when it was last happening for me it was also a busy time, around Lampard's appoint or first match in charge. Trying to log repeatables in my head...
