Setanta Sports now on the Dish Network.

I knew that I missed several Everton games last year because they were on Setanta and Dish didn't carry it.

Not anymore my friend. Plus I'll get to see other soccer matches as well. A couple of French League games on yesterday and they had a show on earlier in the week called "Inside the SPL" or something like that.

Kudos to Dish for getting this right.
 
Chico, your best bet is finding a sports bar in Montreal for the Spurs game, unless your hotel carries Bell Expressvu satellite (doubtful). Sadly all my Montreal contacts are blissfully unaware of any sport not played on ice, so although I've emailed a few on your behalf, asking where you could go, not sure they'll understand the question.

I'm not so sure it is a 'preview' right now. Aren't those on a seperate channel than the regular channel, something in the 1 or 2 hundreds, no?

All I know is I'm not calling or asking any questions because I have an older Top 180 package that is no longer available and now FSC and the likes are only in the premium package but my guess is I have Sententa now.
 

Well I looked today and FSC is now picking up the Everton Reading game next saturday. If anyone has Dish check their schedule. I hope it not a error because the website doesn't have us listed.
 
Dylan so far we will be on the tube 6 or 7 times out of the first eight.

Not to shabby. Also I hope this Everton tv goes global for us to. Times are getting better for us away from Goodison.
 

I hope EvertonTV will be readily available for us in the US

Hope the potential US coverage is better than MUTV which AFAIK runs as a block on Setanta
 
FSC needs to pick it up! I don't have Gol or Setanta. I don't want to pay the 11.99 a month for Setanta broadband and the 400x300 picture :dodgy:
 
Dylan, simple solution - move to Canada :)

I could have watched 9 of the 10 games this weekend either live or same day. So exciated that my digital cable company (Rogers) have picked up setanta Sports. Free preview now, $15/month from September - which I'll have to cough up.

So Dylan, packing your bags yet?
