I’m sorry if you struggle with body dismorphia - that’sa very difficult thing to deal with.
We are born what we are but we are also able to change who we are in many ways including sex changes

I am sorry if this has caused you any more discomfort than you seem to have .May I add I have no axe to grind over sex related issues and sympathise with your situation if I have understood it correctly ,it is simply the need some people have to label or indeed find a label for things we all are quite used to living with ,things we all know of but don't want to highlight .A sort of live and let live .
