I don't think anyone has a problem with letting a person live their life as they see fit, it's when that person dictates how you should speak is where people have an issue. On page 1 here someone said that a person wanted to be called it I've heard of others wanting the same. I'm sorry but not in a million years will I ever refer to a person as it no matter how much they want me to. To me it's degrading and I won't do it.
