Glad he's going back on loan for the remainder of the season, a big second half of the year would give him a real opportunity be a part of Switzerland's 2016 Euro's squad. Would be a fantastic opportunity for the kid and would really help his development.

The Swiss league is on its winter break until February - might be an opportunity to get him over here and used to the set-up.

Think more promising thing will be having him part of the first team squad in the summer. He can go off now and have his good season still and send his team off in good stead, then arrive in the summer and bring that with him.

Plus it just means for a reletively low fee we have already one new face next season which is another positive to have,

i'm not writing him off at all lol i'm just saying he is further behind development wise than similar players we have at the same age.

This new lad could well be first team ready though come the summer (if we are loaning him back) so hopefully he proves himself next season.

I have to admit I have never seen him but I have a colleague at our Head Office in St. Gallen who is a grasshoppers season ticket holder. He is really disappointed to see him leave. He says he can play anywhere along the top 4 but his best position is second striker as he calls it. He says they have what they call a magical offensive quadrangle and he is a major part if that. He says he has loads of potential but needs to be managed properly and he will keep me up to date on him fir the rest of the season.
