Think he was still eligible for Albania also, maybe the Swiss are panicking and calling him up ahead of schedule or maybe he is just boss.

I see him as rotating with Barkley next season so Barkley doesnt need to play every minute of every game.

Martinez talked about him working between the lines in the last third.

I haven't seen him play, but I think he'll operate in the same space and way that RM had Jordi Gomez playing for him at Swansea/Wigan...drifting from out wide and taking up central positions.
