your right, I'm probably getting ahead of myself. Just wound me up is all, you've got maddie McCann who's genuinely been abducted then you've got these two who's child had been abducted....but turns out she could've just been hiding in a relatives house...
Really pulls on your heart strings when you hear Kate and Gerry McCann lending their support to people that may have staged it all.
I 100% agree and if all this turns out to be true I will be [Poor language removed] disgusted and agree with everything you have said- I just prefer to wait and see the facts.

Why havent the McCanns been charged with neglect?
Thier little kiddie has gone in all probabilty never to be found and they are treated like martyrs when (and i say this a parent of 2 16 year old lads) they left that poor girl and her siblings alone in a flat in a forgien counrty,all so they could go and have a piss up with thier mates.
Am i missing something here? or is leaving children alone the accepted norm nowadays? i hope against hope they find that little girl i really do,a forlorn hope now i fear but this situation was caused by the 2 parents NOT taking care of her properly and for at least thats a scandal.
As for the perv,well lets wait and see if they charge him first but given that the girl still hasnt gone home to her mum there does seem to be something to this story.

Because it will serve no good purpose whatsoever. And what they done while possibly falling under neglect was a million miles away from proper neglect that the authorities need to spend their time stopping.
And i'd be willing to say they have been punished enough every single day for that one mistake they made which could happen a million other times and not end in tragic consequences.
I'm sure if the authorities did deem it worth charging them they would of done so by now.

I think it became apparent something was not right about a week after the wee girl was found but still not released. Funny, though, that a few people were accusing the family of fabricating the whole thing almost immediately after she was found. I tended to believe there was simply a prior abuse allegation, which was being checked out. Anyway, must not speculate too much at this stage. Nobody outside of the family, and presumably the police, really knows the full story of what happened.
