Hot water on the old scrubbage for a few minutes.

Apply King of Shaves - Cool Blue Sensitive skin gel (with cooling bits in)
use Gillette Blue II disposables. (Awesome razor this, I've tried em all)

Polished off by a dip in freezing water to tighten up the skin again.
Finish off with Johnsons baby moisturiser with aloe on the old face like.

So when I do it, I do it properly. Sadly I'm one of those blokes that shaves at 7am and has 5mm of beard growth at 10am.
Even though I'm suited and booted for work I can usually carry off stubble for a few days between shaves with a nice tie thankfully.

I can grow a full face beard in a week.

I can grow a fetching - if patchy - 'tache in a couple of weeks, with flecks of ginger and it kind of makes me look like an extra from Wrong Turn.

The cheapest possible own brand for me. Unless I can get knock offs from Dodgy Kev in the Salford Arms.

Philips Electric razor for me, its sound. Nothing gets as close as a wet shave but it has its benefits.

I can't grow facial hair to save my life.

If I don't shave for a week, I'll have a few small patches here and there but no sideburns and no beard.

I've been told that I'm blessed in that respect.

Some people were just born lucky! I'm not one of them

On the upside I do get to try out different handlebar moustache variations every few days at various stages of shaving hehe
