Mate, c'mon, regardless of who is out for us they have 2 POINTS.
Oh we should absolutely beat them - and do so comfortably.
I just can't help but feel that, looking at the state of the side on Wednesday, we're absolutely shot.
There's obviously going to be changes but we know our fringe players regularly fail to deliver and the quality drops off massively.
They have injuries too but have had 5 days to recover and prepare. We've had one day recovery and a session yesterday, you'd imagine.
I just have a bad feeling about this. If we come out of the blocks quickly and get 2 or 3 in the first half, it should be enough, but will be a real grueller today.
Sheff Utd tend to start well in matches. Have watched them a fair bit this year because my housemate's a fan. Wouldn't be at all surprised to see them score early - it's how we respond that counts.

I actually think this is exactly the type of game Bernard should start in.
He's hopeless coming off the bench but when he starts games he tends to play well. We've seen that in both League Cup games he's started and the one league game he's started this season.
We also desperately need a player to get on the ball in around the final third today. We can't expect to try and out-grock the likes of Basham, Egan, Robinson, Jagielka etc.
I reckon Bernard goes next month, if we can get someone in that's sound, but in games like today he should be used.

Without Richarlinson, this is a much tougher game than people probably think. Without him, we are poor. Add in no Gomes, James, Digne & Allan and a pretty fatigued squad, and this is going to be a real battle. Hopefully we can dog out a clean sheet.

It's true, but with no Richarlinson, James, Digne and to a degree Gomes, as well as an exhasuted Sigurdsson, not sure how likely that is.
