Makes sense I guess. I mean VAR, apart from offside and handball calls, is only supposed to be for howlers isn’t it? Suppose it’s a defensible call from the ref’s point of view even if harsh on us. And we all know VAR is used rather selectively lol

Why is everyone going on about the ref redrawing the line. It was for us as you cannot stand within a metre of the wall. End of. Nothing wrong there. The ref and var were still rubbish tho. Blatant pen for handball and foul on Bransthwaite. Sorry but i cannot give Danjuma MoM cos he cost us 3 points today. 4 agianst 2 and all he had to do was lay it to Beto and it was 2 - 0. I think that would have been the game over. Some of our decisions with the final pass in the first half were criminal but Danjumas was the worst. Still think we ll be comfortably safe FFP not withstanding.

Scored after that so didn't really matter, bigger question was red card as Forest guy got one at Man. United last weekend in similar situation.
It's funny watching the highlights. I never felt worried by Sheffield United in second half (apart from 98th minute) but looking back they had pretty much all of the chances after it went 2-2.
Was there even a decent shot after the second, that's pretty worrying to me with Beto tailing off and Danjuma wasting so many counters.
It remained a very average performance even with a decent CF for once.
Just watched the game. Worst ref ever. Sorry to all the too-kool-for-skool folks out there but the best ever was that double line for the free kick. Madeley (sp) marked his line. Young complained that they were in front of the line so he painted his line another foot in front of where they were stood. LOL.
So cost two points. Refs need to know the rules - four out there with linesmen and var. Deary me
