At least we're not Portsmouth, Preston, Sheffield Wednesday....

FUKN DISGRACEFUL .

One of my first away grounds . LOADS of BOSS memories there .

Some not so good , too . The uny time I ever got " Ad off " , at the game was there . Some kid snatched me scarf - me Nans , I WAS PISSED . I was just getting on the Coach , which had already been de-windowed , AND a Bizzie was about a yard away . He let him get off then stopped me - at 13 , from chasing after him . " 'Ello , 'ello , 'ello , ..." Indeed .

Another time , Sunday morning . Cup game . Whiteside got 2 . I cannot remember ANYTHING about the day - straight from Quadrant Park , but I remember having a buzz with the cats at half time .

Another 1 , Dacourt , in the RAIN . In that bit with no roof . The bird behind the bar ended up selling black bin bags at a £1 a shot !!!

Its a fukn disgrace .

happy memories of the place. I've been many times.

Xaiver's debut for the club in a 2-0 away win was a good day.

ay alright mate, i was at that game as well (If we are talking about the same game)

I had to use a daily express to shield myself from the rain to no avail. No respite under the stand either coz it had no walls and the rain was blowing in sideways...

crap game, 0-0 i remember. 2 trains home later and i was still wet.

just found this.

Dude, that is a stellar site!

I was there the year after for the 2-0.

Xiaver came on in the 47th minute for his Everton debut. Cosmic!

hahah, when you look at our squad, we had some world beaters. Mitch Ward, Scot Gemmill...

did they stick you in the uncovered corner as well?? hope they didn't charge you for the bin bag umbrellas if they did...

lol, yeah that side triangle thingy. we took so many that day, we really took the town over.

Yeah, i think we were in the overflow section, coz i remember looking at a few thousand dry evertonians....Serves us right for having such good away support eh...

That's right. I'm pretty sure we were the fans who travelled without a ticket and got walk up tickets in the side.

The fans who planned ahead were the dry ones.

Still I'll take a few drops of rain to see the blues anyday.

top man.

How close could we have been to this being us? Sheff Wed are a similar size team to ourselves who got relegated and never recovered. If Farelly or Horne /Sturat hadn't delivered we could be in the same [Poor language removed].
