Pretty sure that only applies to games for Everton.

Don't think he'd offer anything anymore, and even if he could we can't afford him.

I'm sure after 20 games for us we owe spurs £10 million, which we don't have.

He's played 13 games for us so that's 7 left, so probably not worth it he's not the answer.

This is the issue, even if he was still good we probably can’t risk paying for him. If we rephrase it, would we want to pay £10m+ for a player that can’t hack it in Turkey and Besiktas are desperate to get rid of, because thats effectively what’s going on.
