Okay, this thread is to get a board consensus based upon today's result.

He's doing NOTHING to remedy our problems.

I don't mind rough form if we're trying to do the right things, but he's repeating the same crap. It's not like we're just struggling a bit, we've clearly been found out. To the point were an opposition manager (Fat Sam) has said as much on national TV.

I want him to be great again because he inspired us all last season, players and fans alike, but he has become stubborn to the point of arrogance and if we stick with him for much longer what is going to happen?
 
No, you're an idiot if you think he should be.

Yes we're playing bloody piss poor at the moment and Martinez has a lot of questions to answer but you can't just sack a manager straight away.

I'd hate it if we became a club that did. Bill thankfully isn't a complete idiot.

If we finish preform like we are for the rest of the season and do finish in the bottom half then we need to have a serious look into it but not now.
