Yes. From day 1 this season there was serious issues that people put down to form, clearly tactics and nothing else.

We played good last year, but that's in the past now; moves once had us in 4th.

Change your tactics or move on, that simple

And bring in who? Sammy Lee? He hasn't addressed the problems all season, hasn't picked right teams and when he has like today then the tactics have been bizarre. You can blame the injuries as well but when you have the likes of Lukaku, Naismith, Mirallas, Eto, Baines, Coleman and Mcgeady and still can't find a [Poor language removed] on goal then its the tactics.

We've been found out, Martinez seems to be the only one that hasn't seen that. Today we looked as if we had changed it a bit first half, getting the ball forward quickly when won and not so much passing around the back. But as soon as the second started we were so slow, the tempo was non existent and we created pretty much nothing all second half. Martinez bemoaned last week the poor defence but really we offered nothing up top, as we have for the past few weeks/months. When we have scored they've been lucky deflections or wonder goals. Our last win where we played really well was probably Villa back in October. I wouldn't mind so much so long as the manner of the performances was up there but it just hasn't and I think we are fans who can see that over the result.

Im in the Roberto stays camp but I agree thats he needs to sort his [Poor language removed] out but question to the out brigade,
Who do we get to replace him?
What happens when that person has a bad spell?
Do you genuinely think kenwright would spend several mill to pay up Roberto's contract

Doesn't have to be sacked for me, but something needs to change. Today's outing was utter garbage. Clueless, a complete lack of inspiration and no threat whasoever going forward. Just seems that he doesn't have a plan b or simply is to stubborn to change his philosophy. We simply can't afford midtable mediocrity. This season is hugely frustrating me.

Right now that's the biggest reason I'm voting NO. I think Pulis would do a better job in the short term but I'm not sure it would be good in the long term.

I'm hoping beyond hope that we can turn it around because you don't win anything playing like a Pulis team however if things get worse and right now I don't see how they will get better we could be in danger of getting dragged into it.

I suppose once Europa is done then we can evaluate it again.

Sniff it.

That's it, the closest we ever get to breaking into the top 4 and we don't take the chance. Very frustrating.
