Did not see the above mentioned interview but if thats correct that is totally deluded, cant he see its simply not working anymore

It's scary isn't it. Everyone can see it and yet our manager either can't or is that deluded he thinks all of a sudden it will click.

We need to go back to basics. It's really as simple as that. We are too easy to play against and now we are easy to beat.

Sacking Martinez isn't the answer imo, but I think it's completely 100% correct he receives criticism he does. Also, quite a few of our established players should get their heads out of their arses. The only one so far, who has proven to be up to the required level for a push into the top 4 is Kevin Mirallas.
You mean bottom 4 ?

Very worried about Roberto.

The definition of madness is repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome.

He just doesn't learn.

If we lose to Hull and West Ham then yes he should go.

I got banned from NSNO for critising the ageing players and asking why are there no young lads coming through and i predicted the effects of Europa would put us in a relegation fight.

If we lose at Hull i think we may well go down because this manager cannot fight in a dog fight.

Relegation isn't going to happen.

But I really do worry that the likes of Mirallas are going to be off sharpish after performances like that. And who can blame him, tbh?

I'm worried, really worried. Souness and Neville analysed it perfectly. They can't believe we pass it in situations we pass it.

Then Martinez just got asked if he'll stick to his philosophy and he says yes. Deluded.
Martinez has got to be told this season is not last season, if we show no heart against hull - a team we should batter every time we play them - his time here as manager is up.

One change at half time tell me RM why we had three players on the left , and no one in front of Coleman?
First half was an improvement as it looked balanced + Eto was a complete passenger and missed a good chance to make it 2-2.

I wanted bilic before we oppointed this guy and I stick to this,he wouldn't take no crap from anyone, couldn't care less if he fcked us in the past, mans a quality manager.

If he is shown the door it may be a while before a new manager is appointed whoever it may be. In the meantime who will step up as caretaker?

DUNCAN FERGUSON

Now chew on that.

Think mirallas is already halfway out the door sadly.

Don't think we'd have let his contract run down as much as it has deliberately

Boss him lad.

Bilić's first season as a manager ended with the Lokomotiv's worst league result (9th place) since the establishment of Russian championship in 1992. Bilić accepted responsibility for Lokomotiv's failure and was sacked on 18 June 2013
