I see no problem with decorating the place with stuff. Why not? What harm would it do. Then afterwards maybe get the players to sign a few banners and flags. And not forgetting the scarfs. Then auction them off . Proceeds to go to EitC.
Imagine owning the banner that saw us beat Liverpool. Or the scarf that cheered that DCL hatrick. Or the flag that booed Kloop and his merry band of clowns. Our memorabilia could just be the difference in beating them. The twelfth man......

Ok.......enough of this nonsense.
What harm could a few banners and flags be. So I say decorate the place.
It's only a bit of fun. Let's rock and roll. And beat them. Up The Toffees.

Football Wives Matter

They must be sick of the sight of us being there under their feet every weekend.

Let's get back to them being football widows and us being nagged for having 2 pints with the lads post game (honest I'm only having the 2 girl....)

Although I said I would not watch these phoney games behind closed doors, I sneaked a 20 minute look at the Spurs v Man Utd game. I found that if you turned the sound right down it improved the viewing experience. It meant that the stupid continuous unreal crowd noise no longer irritated and it had the extra benefit of not being able to hear the continuous inane prattle of the commentators. Maybe they have been told to keep talking most of the time. I will watch some of the derby game with the sound down and will switch off after Liverpool's second goal.
