As per the title?
Was building the stadium under Moshiri a good idea? You could say we had delayed enough and were only falling further behind at Goodison.
Or was it poorly timed without the concrete funding guarantee it required (Sanctions on Russian oligarchs had been talked about long before the Ukraine war).
Great points, for me it was essential but on context and mow hindsight was it genuinely feasible and affordable?
This raise more questions about any so called due diligence undertaken by Everton, at the time.
Genuinely I'm concerned about what happens bext. I'm hoping that 777 don't get approved and perhaps a genuine company, could buy out Everton.
But if every aspect of Evertons building assets, are loaned or remortgaged out on the back of other loans, then surely any buyer, will be paying at least double and then there's the BMD stadium.
My instinct tells me that Evertons standing in the football credibility stakes are shot to pieces, but also is this 777, proposal just a ruse to get more interest, from other potential buyers?
No idea, but the off field mess must have some impact on Dyche Thelwall and the squad, well every team at all levels.
There's not many games won by the 1st team, u23 and u18s, this season.
It's like a Biblical curse not just now but the last 3 decades, but hopefully soon, Evertons luck, must change.
UTFTs!
