Doing spare ribs or a chili on a tangent, I'll use some chipotle tabasco, smoked hickory liquid smoke, smoked paprika, and some umami if I can get it, maybe some msg also. Wanting that deep south smoke hue to a dish, helps wallop down the coronas with lime.Yeah a while back. Was ok.
