Completely vanished almost like she never existed.

That will never happen, as you know, the moment you fix one leak, another starts somewhere else.

Classic car leaks are like a dog, cocking it`s leg and marking it`s territory lol

Its an indicator leak. When the leak stops its time to top up!

Mine is a small out house, compared to some of my neighbours.

One lady has converted hers into an artists studio and another fella, has converted his into a tiny living space, where he kips, after working on the warehouse, he’s converting into a house.

It’s all Victorian / Georgian.

Any good, or is it like an old mate's mom who decided in retirement to indulge her 'true' talent and passion. Which seemed to consist of painting the neighbourhood cats. Wonkily. Before trying to flog them on ebay.

It’s stunning mate.

She‘s had the roof opened up and massive skylights put in, so the light opens the place up.

It’s a top quality job - she’s a very good artist too.
