There are no rumours linking us with him, but I'd love to have a speed-freak like Eljero Elia in our team. We were linked with him before he moved to Germany...

I see a lot of people saying they want a striker with pure speed put watching us this season we hardly ever play through balls, We seem to build the play up passing it around teams working an angle

I've seen Ings play a few times this season and he looks like he might be worth a punt. Good feet and head, good pace and knows where the goal is.

If he name was Daniél Ingelarssón you would all be creaming yourself at the prospect of getting him! ;)

Ah when I made that suggestion I was thinking of him in terms of an out and out winger. Would just love us to have pace on both wings as we only seem to ever have it on one at the moment. Deulofeu and Mirallas don't tend to play at the same time.

Ings has the potential to play at the very top level, he reminds of Teddy Sheringham or Robbie Keane in his Spurs days in the way he plays, very intelligent an a good finisher.

Not for £8m off one season mate; the only person I would consider taking a risk on is Rhodes because he his doing on a regualr basis. But ii haven't seen either of them play and would be unsure if they could even make the transition; i'd be very upset if we spunked a chunk of money on a first division player.

I know is name has been mentioned and dismissed, but as lazy as he his Berbatov would be a great signing; his touch and awareness are out of this world, he can change games with his vision and would be a great addition and option to bring off the bench.

If we are to purchase a second striker I would prefer someone a bit older, rather than another youngster; although they may have the legs sometimes there decisions are not the right ones when trying to kill games off

I'd rather have Berbatov over Jelavic. Berbatov is a class footballer and offers so much in terms of in and around the box. He'd be handy to have coming off the bench when other teams have parked the bus. He can make space inside that penalty area and he is a finisher.
