My sources are giving me reports that the signature of Danny Rose from Tottenham is almost complete.
Chris (one of my sources) told me that Rose had always wanted to re-locate away from London and a move to the city of Liverpool would be perfect for him. Everton were in contact with him since the start of November and a bid has been accepted by Tottenham. All Chris is saying is that the signing of Rose will be made official within the following days (most possibly Friday) but with Everton you never know.
Another of my source has also reported the same story to me just hours after Chris had got into contact with me, this time with more information on the transfer. The fee although undisclosed is thought to be around £3.5 million for the England U21 International. Rose has been seen walking around Liverpool one with his family just weeks prior to the bid by Everton he may have already re-located to the vicinity of Merseyside but reports are telling me he would prefer to stay in the Manchester area as he has family ties their.
Martinez had shown interest for Rose prior to becoming the Everton boss, in 2011 Martinez had a £2.5 million bid rejected by the London club. I guess with the extra resources and given Rose's excellent recent preferences Martinez see's this transfer as a must. Martinez was also reportedly keen on another Spurs player - Michael Dawson and this transfer could also be a possibility if Dawson wants to join with Rose and force a move to Everton.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying this will definitely 100% happen but is it not a major coincidence that both of my sources reported this move both within hours of each other, I think not? Is it also a coincidence that Rose and his family were reported to have entered the city of Liverpool. All this adds up the transfer will most likely happen only under extreme circumstances will this not occur. I will keep you up to date with this transfer as reports keep coming in.
