I'm not going to be happy with us allowing our players to dictate when we can sign new players. Especially when we are in the race for a Champions League place and all our rivals are likely to invest and strengthen their squads.

I don't hear any other clubs stating that they are too scared to sign new players.

I actually saw it as a thinly veiled comment that he was not after Tom Ince or similar twerps!
